We are looking for staff for our stone oven bakery, café & restaurant Turbinen on the beautiful Turbinhusön in Tidaholm.

Every summer we employ about 30 people. We are now looking for new wonderful team members! The minimum age to apply is 15 years, but if you are 20 years or older, it is a big plus since we have a liquor license.

We are looking for:

-Waiter/Waitress

-Chef/Cook

-Baker

-Ice Cream Seller

-Dishwasher

The position is primarily during the summer, from May/June to the end of August. There is also an opportunity to work extra during the spring and upcoming autumn/winter. The job is perfect to combine with, for example, university studies.

The working hours are varied; we are open every day during the summer, so both day, evening, and weekend shifts are available.

We wish that you are outgoing, cheerful, and positive, and that you are good at collaborating and taking responsibility. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a desire to always perform your best. You should be able to have an overview, keep things organized, be meticulous, hardworking, self-driven, and very stress-resistant.

At Turbinen, we bake everything ourselves from scratch, such as sourdough bread, buns, and cakes in our stone oven, which is the heart of the bakery. On our menu, you can find our popular craft pizzas. We serve lunch, and in the evening we are open with food, drinks, and a lovely hangout on our terrace. Turbinen is open every day during the summer, and our cozy ice cream café Kaffestugan next door is also open, where we sell ice cream, waffles, and pastries from our bakery. We make our own cones and create ice cream menus inspired by the bakery. During the winter months, Turbinen is open Wednesday to Sunday, where we offer, in addition to food and pastries, Afternoon tea, waffle buffets, quizzes, and more.
